Unfortunately, there can be some cases when you are not completely satisfied with the product you’ve purchased. We are open to settle these problems and make all possible to do it effectively.
Please, read our return policy conditions if you decide to return or refund our products:
Return policy
- All decisions to return any item should be preceded by notification, either by e-mail or on the phone, where you can state the problem.
- We accept your return orders within 10 days of the date you received your item. Purchased products should be returned within 30 days from the date of your order.
- We do not accept items without their original package and without all accessories that were included in it.
- To return an item you will have to make sure that it has only manufactury defects. Opened, unclean and damaged products are not returnable.
- Some products as intimate garments, underwear or any other clothing cannot be returned, refunded and exchanged by no means. For hygiene purpose we cannot fulfill your return order on these items as they could have been in contact with body fluids.
- DVDs and audio items are also considered non-returnable, if opened.
- In order to process your order we must be sure that we have the same item available. If not -the item replaced will be of the same value as returned. In case you specify a product of higher value, we should charge additional fees.
- If we notice any signs of use, the return couldn’t be guaranteed.
Refund policy
- Include a note, explaining the problem briefly and make type of return more specific: refund or exchange.
- When asking for refund we should inform that shipment and handling costs are not refundable, thus they will be deducted from the fee.
- All the terms and conditions for refund are the same as for return, i.e. all items should be in their original packing, without any signs of use and with all accessories included.
- If you decide to cancel your order we should notify you of additional charges, such as $ 5 for items, priced less than 100$ and $ 8 for items priced over $ 100. These charges are necessary to cover credit card transactions fees.
All refunds will be paid in the same form the payment was received.
