Women having regular exercises to tone their pelvic muscles have more satisfying sex lives and orgasms.

A recent survey conducted by the Scarlet magazine and the makers of the PelvicToner revealed that eight out of ten women who started exercising their pelvic muscles on a daily basis reported about better sex lives, while seven out of ten of their partners said that their satisfaction with sex life increased.

According to the results of the More magazine survey, including 2000 women aged 25 on average one in six women admitted to have one-night stands with three or more men. As much as 25 percent of all respondents cheated on their partner, with only one in ten revealed to have an affair on holidays.

The old myth saying that men think about sex all the time is to be debunked as the latest survey showed that four out of ten men think of sex as too troublesome.

Specialists say that more and more men do not want to have sex because of the lack of libido rather than physical inability to perform. As much as fifty percent of men do not wish to be bothered about sex. Most of the surveyed men were aged between 30 and 50 and were married.
